Also on the nominees page there is a tweet/fb counter on the left. If you click on that it shows how many tweets and likes have contributed towards their count. On the right is a "#MTVEMA U-Kiss" link. It auto sends a tweet through your account. The ht only counts for them if it's followed by 'U-Kiss'. That's the difference. More info here~!

U-kiss is nominated for WorldWide Act.
According to MTV's page, the votation will go on like this
Phase 1 (12:00pm CET on 17 September to 11:59pm CET on 24 October): In this phase you will only be able to vote for the nominees in your country/local region. Local winners will be announced online on 25 October 2013.
// U-kiss needs to get number 1 in the category of "Best Korean ACT". In order to accomplish that, we need to vote in this link http://kr.mtvema.com/artists/u-kiss/l1jgwc by clicking on "투표". You can vote up to 100 times per day. //
Phase 2 (12:00pm CET on 25 October to 11:59pm CET on 31 October): In this phase the local winners in Phase 1 will compete to become the 10 Worldwide Act nominees from the following regions: Africa/India/Middle East, Australia & New Zealand, Europe Central, Europe East, Europe North, Europe South, Japan/Korea, Latin America, North America, SEA/Mainland China/Hong Kong/Taiwan. You will be able to vote for the potential nominees in your region. The artist who receives the most votes within each region during Phase 2 will become that region's Worldwide Act nominee. The ten (10) Worldwide Act nominees will be announced online on 1 November 2013.
// Then, U-kiss need to beat up the number one of Japan, and win in the region of Japan/Korea. //
Phase 3 (12:00pm CET on 1 November 2013 until 11.59pm CET on 8 November 2013): In this phase the 10 nominees selected in phase 2 will go head to head to compete for Worldwide Act. The nominee who receives the most votes during Phase 3 will be the winner of the Worldwide Act category. The winner of the Worldwide Act category will be revealed during the MTV EMA on 10 November 2013.

MTV´s page is not advising about the 100 votes limit so to avoid invalid votes you can either erase your cookies or vote in a Google Chome Icognito window to vote more.
To open a new Icognito window when using Google Chrome, simply type in Ctrl + Shift + N

Just quick question, after voting for two days all of a sudden my twitter account didn't let me vote, however, when I logged in with my facebook account I could vote again. ReplyDeleteHi there! I'm not sure if I get your question or not but I don't think you need your Twitter/Facebook acc to vote. You can vote 100 times per day WITH/WITHOUT logging in your accounts. I hope this helps :)
DeleteI heard about something that the tweet must have a hashtag on MTV EMA like this: "#MTVEMA U-Kiss" however the auto tweet format is not including this. Is it really this way? And if so I need to modify the auto tweet before tweeting it right?
