In another twist in the convoluted saga, U-KISS member Eli has deactivated both his Instagram and Twitter accounts.
Eli first dropped a bombshell on fans just over a week ago announcing that he had married in secret and that he and his wife are expecting a child. The post was subsequently deleted, then reposted, and then deleted again. His agency, NH EMG, released a statement shortly thereafter to clarify the situation.
In the days following, Eli’s fellow members Soohyun and Kevin both took to Twitter to voice their support, and Eli himself spoke out in more detail a few days after his initial announcement. Due to the fact that almost all of these statements have included an apology towards fans who may have felt betrayed, it’s a safe guess that Eli’s reasoning for deleting his social media accounts is in part due to the fans’ reaction.
Meanwhile, NH EMG has stated that Eli’s schedules will not be affected by this news. He continues to film for the upcoming drama “Only You” with Kevin.
