U-KISS, who will making their new release on September 20, is to receive the ‘Korean Wave’ Special Achievement Award from the Minister of Culture & Tourism.
They will be receiving the award on September 19 at the ‘Arirang Broadcasting 100 Million Milestone Celebration’(?).
This event will be hosted byArirang Broadcasting and sponsored by National Brand Committee, Broadcasting Communication Committee, International Culture Agency and Korea Foundation. U-KISS was chosen to receive this achievement award as they have been the forerunners in promoting the Korean Wave globally.
In other news, U-KISS will begin their domestic promotional activities by releasing their 7th mini-album ‘Stop Girl’ on September 20.
